The culture, food and weather are just a few of the reasons to take a trip to Spain. Although my experience is limited to Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia, I’m plotting to return for the Moorish architecture in Andalusia, the food in the Basque Country and, of course, to hike El Camino de Santiago.
